How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Candles
What type of wax do you use?
Our candles are made with a premium luxury soy wax blend for a clean, even burn and excellent fragrance throw.
How can I make my candle last longer?
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.
- Never burn for more than four hours at a time.

How long does the fragrance last?
Fragrance longevity depends on temperature, airflow, and usage, but most customers enjoy several weeks of freshness.
Can I use it outside my vehicle?
Yes! Many customers also use them in lockers, closets, gym bags, and other small spaces.
Car Diffusers
How do I use my car diffuser?
Remove the stopper, securely replace the wooden cap, gently tilt the bottle for a few seconds to allow the fragrance oil to absorb into the wooden lid, then hang it in your vehicle. Avoid over-saturating the wooden cap.
Safety
Are your products safe around pets?
Some essential oils and fragrance ingredients may not be suitable for certain pets. We recommend keeping all fragrance products out of reach of pets and consulting your veterinarian if you have concerns.
Are your products safe for children?
Our products should always be kept out of reach of children and used according to the instructions provided.
